Indianola police made the following arrests,
On Feb. 13, Alfred Gordon, 55, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Feb. 14 Lexus James, 27, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a weapon by convicted felon.
On Feb. 16, Tabari Thomas, 36, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
On Feb. 18, Michael Kelly, 37, was arrested and charged with a bench warrant for false pretense.
On Feb. 16, Darnisa Hodges, 22, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.
On Feb. 19, Ladavious Love, 24, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense).
On Feb. 20, George Morales, 30, was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence with injuries (first offense).

On Feb. 20 at 1:16 p.m., a 39-year-old U.S. 82 West man said a 39-year-old Fernwood Street, Pensacola, Florida man damaged the grass on his property.
On Saturday at 7:58 a.m., a North Elmwood Circle woman said a 23-year-old man stole a purple handbag out of her 2014 Dodge Charger that contained credit/debit cards and $15 cash.
On Saturday at 1:19 p.m., a South First Avenue, Maywood, Illinois man said that on Feb. 10 between 6 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. someone broke into his mother's house in the 100 block of North Walker Street and stole his 12-gauge shotgun.
On Friday at 11:15 a.m., a South Sunflower County Hospital emergency room employee told police that a 13-year-old Sam Lacey Drive boy came in with a gunshot wound in his right hand.
On Saturday at 1:47 p.m., a Wiggins Road woman said she told a 29-year-old Bates Avenue man not to contact her, but he continues to contact her through Facebook and texting her cell phone.
On Friday at 6:50 a.m. a 28-year-old Fountain Street man said someone stole the light meter from his house.
On Feb. 21 at 7:54 p.m. a 58-year-old Byas Street man said somebody broke into his 2002 Dodge Ram and stole his social security card.
On Feb. 28 at 12:41 p.m., a Hoover Street man said he told a 49-year-old Henry Rosser Street man to get out of his house and the man told him that he was going to hurt him.
On Feb. 18 at 3:08 a.m., a 37-year-old Clay Street man allegedly caused his dog to attack someone and then discharged a gun inside the city limits.
On Feb. 20 at 7 p.m., police were called to the 1000 block of Oak Street because of an unwanted person and found an Oak Street woman and a 20-year-old Evelyn Street, Belzoni woman arguing.
On Feb. 28 at 12:33 p.m., a 46-year-old Kohn Street, Belzoni woman said that when she came out of Walmart she noticed that someone had backed into her Infinity and damaged the rear bumper.
On Feb. 21 at 2:52 p.m., a Mimosa Drive man said he wanted to file charges against a 36-year-old Heron Street woman, who has a pending case concerning contributing to the neglect or delinquency of a minor, involving his juvenile daughter.
On Monday at 9:08 a.m., a 66-year-old Cox Street man said someone broke the windows out of his 2001 Dodge.
On Feb. 21 at 4:38 a.m., a 49-year-old Henry Rosser Drive man said someone broke into his home and stole a TV and a cell phone.
On Saturday at 7:36 p.m., a 39-year-old Broadmoor Drive man said someone damaged his 2015 Ford F-150.
On Thursday at 6:28 p.m., a Walmart employee said that a 16-year-old Oklahoma Street boy stole a couple of spinners and a black phone case. He was reportedly arrested.

On Friday at 11:03 p.m., Jerry Lee Lewis, 40, 221 Railroad Ave., Sunflower was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
On Friday at 11:02 p.m., Joe Lewis, 39, 221 Railroad Ave., Sunflower was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and failure to comply with the request of an officer.
On Saturday at 4:30 p.m., Leslie Thompson, 53, 44 Reed Road, Drew was arrested and charged with contempt of court—failure to appear.
On Saturday at 7:22 p.m., Billy Cocroft, 29, 305 Sunflower St., Moorhead was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
On Sunday at 3:01 p.m., James Rias, 57, 299 Bayou Road, Drew was arrested and charged with speeding on a state highway, no proof of insurance, and DUI (first offense).
