Indianola police made the following arrests,
On March 5 at 5:28 p.m., Germaniee Stephens, 28, 205 Byas St., was arrested and charged with simple assault and resisting arrest (minor) after police officers arrived at his home to serve a warrant for simple assault and issue a protection order. Stevens was allegedly told several times to place his hands behind his back, but he refused.
On Monday at 2:30 p.m., Demetrius Sibley, 30, 130 Aquarius Circle was arrested and charged with burglary after officers were told that he was running in the 1300 block of Bayou Drive with a $300 Stihl leaf blower. The leaf blower was reportedly stolen but returned to its owner.
On Saturday at 2:36 PM, Wron Shaldrick Gray, 44, 806 Central St., Belzoni was arrested in the Walmart parking lot and charged with shoplifting (first offense—$1,000 or less) after a Walmart employee said he stole four packages of Wild Alaska snow crab legs valued at $102.
On Sunday at 6:02 p.m., Rebecca Lynn Davis, 33, 240 Douglas Road, Hollandale was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense—$1,000 or less) after a Walmart employee allegedly saw her on video stealing $84 worth of assorted merchandise and putting it into a purse that was also the property of Walmart.
On Saturday at 9:06 p.m., Jonathan Brooks, 39, 3674 U.S. 1 South, Greenville was arrested and charged with shoplifting (first offense—$1,000 or less) after a Walmart employee said he stole $39 worth of merchandise.
On March 5 at 11:44 p.m., Cassandra Mazette Beckworth, 38, 406 Hampton St., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct—disturbing the peace for talking loud and disturbing her neighbors.

On March 5 at 1:16 p.m., a 22-year-old Heron Street woman said someone committed fraud by using her bank card and stole $500.
On March 6 at 8:52 p.m., an Aquarius Circle woman said another woman was harassing her.
On Saturday at 11:24 a.m., a 44-year-old East Percy Street man said his neighbor's dog came into their yard, approached his wife and started barking aggressively towards her.
On March 6 at 3:23 p.m., a 24-year-old Airways Boulevard, Southaven woman said a 23-year old Beaverdam Road woman sprayed mace in her face and the face of her one-year-old child.
On Monday at 4:35 a.m., a 29-year-old South Lamar Road woman and a 46-year-old South Lamar Road woman were reportedly arrested after police went to their home because of a domestic disturbance. The women were reportedly talking very loudly, arguing, making intimidating statements toward each other and trying to start a physical fight.
On March 6 at 6:09 p.m., a 22-year-old Fourth Avenue woman said a 23-year-old Aquarius Circle woman was harassing her.
On Thursday at 1:01 a.m., a 25-year-old Patricia Drive man said a 29-year-old Janet Davis Circle man, a 21-year-old West Pine Circle, Moorhead man and a 20-year-old Crane Street man robbed him of $212 at gunpoint on Spoonbill Court.
On Thursday at 5:36 p.m., a 22-year-old East Elmwood Circle man said his neighbor's dog attacked his dog.
On March 5 at 11:28 a.m., a 32-year-old Oak Street woman said someone broke into her home and stole a Vizio television.
On Monday at 3:42 p.m., a 28-year-old Faisonia Street man said a 29-year-old Hoover Street woman has been harassing and stalking him.
On March 6 at 10:53 a.m., a Planters Bank employee said a 31-year-old Nobel Street, Jackson man and a 44-year-old Audubon Place, Jackson man came into the bank and each tried to cash two stolen checks, a total of four checks that amounted to $8,118.
On Saturday at 4:04 p.m., a 14-year-old Garrard Avenue girl said her father, a 42-year-old Porter Drive man, assaulted her on the night before.
On March 6 at 2:52 p.m., a 39-year-old Cleveland Street woman said someone used her identity to get a student loan and as a result her tax refund was used to pay back that loan.
On Thursday at 2:26 p.m., a 45-year-old Jefferson Street woman said a 34-year-old West Gresham Street woman committed fraud by wire and stole $3,000 from her.

On March 6 at 1:25 a.m., Jerry Lee Lewis, 41, 221 Railroad Ave., Sunflower was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, failure to obey officers and disturbing the peace.
On March 6 at 11:32 a.m., Dewayne Dabney, 19, 212 South St., Belzoni was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
On March 6 at 12:52 a.m., Alexis Spencer, 35, 310 ½ Church St., was arrested and charged with violation of drug court rules.
On March 6 at 4:31 p.m., Shelia Rushing-Jackson, 48, 1505 B. B. King Road was arrested on a warrant from another agency and charged with exploitation of a vulnerable adult.
On March 6 at 7:48 p.m., Detriss Landford, 18, 707 Faisonia Ave., Sunflower was arrested and charged with shooting into a vehicle, aggravated assault, armed robbery, displaying a weapon, failure to yield to blue lights, having a deadly weapon on educational property and conspiracy.
On March 6 at 7:45 p.m., Jasmine C. Williams, 23, 204 East Herman Johnson St., was arrested and charged with simple assault—bodily injury, simple assault on a minor—without injuries and simple assault on a minor—with injuries.
