Indianola police made the following arrests,
On November 16 at 12:35 p.m., Leonard Johnson, 56, 122 Torino Drive was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after officers were called to the 300 block of Clay Street about a gunshot victim. The victim is reportedly a 45-year-old Janet Davis Circle man that was shot in the lower abdomen area. Also, a Smith & Wesson .38 Special was submitted into evidence.
On November 16 at 12:53 p.m., Charlie Dale Tiques, 26, 501 Walker St., was arrested and charged with simple domestic violence and malicious mischief after officers were called to the 400 block of Seymour Drive regarding a domestic violence incident. The victim is reportedly a 25-year-old Seymour Drive woman and damage was done to a set of French doors.

On Friday at 6:52 p.m., a 59-year-old Gentry Drive man said someone stole/damaged two white rocks from the 400 block of Oklahoma Street.
On Friday at 4:50 p.m., a 35-year-old Willow Lane, Belzoni man said someone cracked the windows on his 2005 Ford Focus.
On November 16 at 11:50 a.m., a 31-year-old Azalea Drive man said a 29-year-old Harmony Road, Crystal Springs, Mississippi man threatened him.
On Thursday at 1:28 p.m., a 29-year-old East Gresham Street woman said someone broke into her storage room. A list of the stolen items had not been completed.
On November 18 at 7:24 p.m., a 40-year-old Cherokee Lane man said a 21-year-old Stonewall Drive woman stole $106 off of his debit/credit card and that the woman has taken over $600 from him on other occasions. In addition, she allegedly broke his iPhone 11XR valued at $1,000.
On November 18 at 12:21 a.m., an East Gresham Street woman said someone wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans and white gym shoes broke into her 2020 Chevrolet Camaro.
On November 17 at 11:21 a.m., a 57-year-old Chandler Street man said he allowed a 49-year-old Bellevue Drive man to go to the store in his 2005 Nissan on November 16 at 11:58 p.m., and the man had not brought his vehicle back.
On Saturday at 3:10 p.m., a 34-year-old Sunflower Avenue man said someone came into his yard and went inside of his Ford F-150 pickup truck, stole his wallet and $1,100.
On November 18 at 3:12 p.m., a 71-year-old East Gresham Street woman said a 22-year-old Roosevelt Street woman broke into her 2010 GMC Acadia and stole an unknown amount of money, a portable charger and some personal hospital documents.
On Friday at 7:49 a.m., a 47-year-old Jefferson Street man said someone broke into his home and stole his air conditioner unit valued at $150.
On November 17 at 7:56 p.m., officers were called to Spoonbill Court regarding a domestic abuse call where a 41-year-old Spoonbill Court woman is listed as the victim and a 41-year-old Spoonbill Court man is listed as the suspect.
On November 17 at 9:17 a.m., a 47-year-old Jefferson Street woman said her 16-year-old son left the house at around 11:00 p.m. on November 16 and had not returned home.
On November 18 at 12:37 p.m., a 62-year-old East Gresham Street man said someone broke into his 2013 Lexus GS 350 and his 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe and stole a pair of Ray-Ban glasses.
On Monday at 2:35 a.m., officers were called to the 200 block of Quick Circle because of a disturbance and while searching the area they found a .22 caliber Mossberg 715 handgun at the back of the house. A 33-year-old woman is listed as the victim and a 46-year-old Birdsong Street man is listed as the suspect.
On Thursday at 8:18 a.m., a 52-year-old Napoleon Circle, Brandon, Mississippi man, driving a Nissan Maxima, and a 44-year-old McNeace Road, Greenwood man, driving a 2007 International 9400i truck, were involved in a accident near the intersection of MS Highway 448 and U.S. Highway 82. No injuries were reported.
On Saturday at 5:42 p.m., a Marie Avenue woman and a Stonewall Drive woman, driving a 2017 Kenworth GMC truck and a 2008 Toyota DLS were involved in an accident near the Double Quick on U.S. 82. No injuries were reported.
On November 17 at 10:13 a.m., officers were called to the South Sunflower County Hospital about a gunshot wound that the victim, a 38-year-old Steiner Road man, said was self-inflicted.
On November 18 at 7:59 a.m., a Chapman Street woman said someone had broken into her 2016 Nissan Rogue and a list of stolen items was still being determined.
On Sunday at 11:47 a.m., a 49-year-old Terrance Drive woman said a 25-year-old Southaven, Mississippi woman came to her home and assaulted her.
On November 17 at 1:44 p.m., a 48-year-old South Lamar Street woman said a 37-year-old Gardner Street man violated a protection order by trying to block her car with his vehicle.

On November 17 at 9:40 p.m., Melody Minor, 32, 506 Chapman St., was arrested and charged with simple assault on a law enforcement officer.
On November 18 at 5:12 p.m., Earnest Coleman, 37, 900 Johnny Russell Drive, Moorhead, was arrested and charged with failure to register under sex offender registration law.
On Thursday at 1:49 p.m., Faterrius Roscoe, 19, 909 Fountain Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic violence—simple assault.
On Thursday at 2:46 p.m., Asia Alfernic Powell, 22, 1006 Broadmoor Drive, Apt-63 was arrested and charged with contempt of Municipal Court.
On Friday at 4:15 p.m., Asilree Alexander, 50, 217 Roosevelt St., was arrested and charged with violation of drug court rules.
