The 20th annual Rob Hall Memorial Golf Classic will tee off on Aug. 19.
The event will start at 11:30 a.m. at the Indianola Country Club with registration, lunch and a 1 p.m. shotgun start (18 holes).
The cost is $85 per individual and $170 per team, which includes one muligan, one red bird and one lunch per person.
The annual event is held in honor of Indianola Academy graduate and local entrepreneur Rob Hall, who was tragically killed in an accident while visiting Tennessee in July 1997.
Hall would never get to meet his son, Robert, who currently plays football for Southern Methodist University.
Proceeds from the event go toward one scholarship for an IA senior and other proceeds go toward the IA Booster Club.
Checks can be made payable to the IA Booster Club.
For any questions about the event, contact Doug Russell, tournament chair at 887-1301 or Jody Moor, IA Booster Club president at 887-3363.
