Mid-Delta Arts Association audiences are in for a treat when RING OF FIRE hits the stage at the Brindley Theater October 17-20.
RING OF FIRE is an all musical stage presentation about Johnny Cash. Written by William Meade, RING OF FIRE is a true jukebox musical show.
The show is a tribute to the singer who broke barriers and left an unmatched legacy with roots in folk, gospel, rock and roll and country music.
The show is directed by Alan Jones, Ted MacIntosh and Cathy Roberts and will include a full stage band and a cast of vocalists. More than 25 classics from the “man in black” will be on the program.
Among the vocalists and stage band are Chris Sudduth, Inverness, on drums, Paul Baker, Indianola, bass guitar, Walt Rambo, Inverness, vocalist, John Nobile Bellipanni, Indianola, vocalist and Joe Forrester, Indianola, vocalist.
Patrons may begin to pick up their tickets on Tuesday, October 1 and general audience tickets will go on sale Thursday, October 10.
