Services for Janie B. Jones of Greenwood will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Little Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Greenwood. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Jones, 83, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Kimberly V. Byas Funeral Home, Greenwood, which is in charge of arrangements.
The Rev. Birdon Mitchell will officiate at the services.
Mrs. Jones is survived by: her husband, John Jones Sr.; four sons, John Jones, Dennis Jones, Vince Jones and Nekia Jones; three daughters, Bobbie Mitchell, Dorlean Jones and Shelia Jones-Boston; four sisters, Clora Greene, Virenda Vance, Deloris Hawkins and Eloise Scott; two brothers, Frankie Edwards and Gentry Edwards; 25 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
