Services for Bennie Parker Sr. of Vallejo, Calif., formerly of Indianola, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church.
Mr. Parker, 62, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Gardens.
The Rev. Alexis Hamilton will officiate at the services.
Mr. Parker is survived by his wife, Patricia Jenkins Parker of Vallejo; two daughters, Buffy Jenkins of Vallejo and Sharessa Parker of Hattiesburg; one son, Brandon Jenkins of Marietta, Georgia; siblings, Luetrissa P. Cole and Robert Parker, both of Indianola; and a host of other relatives and friends.
