Billie Charlene Moudy Tharp, 49, of Moorhead, passed away suddenly on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022, at her home.
Billie was born Aug. 14, 1973, in Indianola, to Charles and Bonnie Sue Eldridge Moudy. She worked as a surgical technician at Delta Regional Medical Center in Greenville for 12 years prior to moving to Tupelo. Billie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was one of a kind and loved visiting with her family.
Billie was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Sue Eldridge Moudy.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Lee Tharp of Moorhead; father, Charles Moudy of Tupelo; two children, Crystal Katelyn Tharp of Tupelo and Michael Lee Tharp Jr. of Booneville; two brothers, Charles Moudy Jr. of Tupelo and Cody Asquivel of Pine Bluff, Ark.; one sister, Melissa Brown of Saltillo; two grandchildren, Wesley Gunner Davidson and Madison Octavia Tharp; and one on the way.
Visitation was held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. The memorial service began at 2 p.m.
Burton Funeral Home of Indianola was entrusted with the arrangements.
