Services for Delores A. Gholston of Sunflower will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Saint Peter Missionary Baptist Church, Sunflower. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Ms. Gholston, 81, died Saturday, August 12, 2023, at her home.
Visitation will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
Pastor Jimmy Dale Barnett will officiate at the services.
Ms. Gholston is survived by: one son, Ted Gholston; two sisters, Diana Coleman and Eddie B. Edwards; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
