Graveside services for Geneva Brown of Indianola were held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Ms. Brown, 93, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2017 at her home.
Pastor Melvin Matthews officiated at the services, which were under the direction of Dillon Funeral Home.
Ms. Brown is survived by eight sons, Otis Brown Jr. of Plainville, Conn., Grant Brown, Roy Lee Brown and Nemiah Brown, all of Indianola, Donnell Brown of Atlanta, Tyrone Brown of Killeen, Texas, Terry Brown of Chicago, and Roosevelt Brown of Bristol, Conn,; two daughters, Katherine Robinson of Peoria, Ill. and Harriett Butler of Indianola; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
