Services for Harvey L. Span of Shaw will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at McEvans School in Shaw.
Mr. Span, 64, died Monday, Nov. 6, 2017 at Bolivar Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home of Cleveland, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery in Shaw.
The Rev. Dexter Nailor will officiate at the services.
Mr. Span is survived by his wife, Catherine Span of Shaw; two sons, Harvey L. Span Jr. of West Memphis, Ark. and Harvey E. Green of Houston; six daughters, Silva Williams of Indianola, Jewel Pointer of Lancaster, Texas, Linda Robinson of Dallas, Glenda Burton of Cordova, and Breanda Span and Rena Span, both of Shaw; one brother, David Paine of Memphis; three sisters, Mary Davis of Peoria, Margaret Johnson of Indianola and Ruthie Jackson of Shaw; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
