Services for Haywood Spivey Jr. of Moorhead will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Trinity House of Prayer in Moorhead.
Mr. Spivey, 58, died Friday, Oct. 6, 2017.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Moorhead.
The Rev. Wilson will officiate at the services.
Mr. Spivey is survived by his wife, Joann Polk Spivey of Moorhead; two daughters, Terrilyn Polk and Carmella Fairley, both of Moorhead; one son, Haywood Spivey III of Gulfport; three brothers, David Spivey of Greenville, Daniel Spivey of Oklahoma and Prentiss Spivey of Minnesota; one sister, Carlean Lewis of Kansas City, Mo.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
