Services for J.B. Holmes of Indianola will be at 11 a.m. today at Bell Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Holmes, 85, died Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2023, at his home.
Visitation was from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. yesterday at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
The Rev. Melvin Matthews will officiate at the services.
Mr. Holmes is survived by: his wife, Daisy Holmes; one son, Jerry Holmes; two daughters, Brenda Jennings and Annette Echols; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
