Services for John Owens of Moorhead will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity House of Prayer, Moorhead.
Mr. Owens, 67, died Tuesday, July 10, 2018.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements. A family hour will follow from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery in Moorhead.
Brother Billy C. Moore will officiate at the services.
Mr. Owens is survived by his wife, Christine Owens of Moorhead; his mother, Lula Evans of Moorhead; four sons, Cameron (Danielle) Owens of Hattiesburg, Tray (Constance) Rash of Dallas, Lawrence Pitts of Michigan and Seneca Owens of Moorhead; three daughters, Kimberly (Justin) Robinson of Moorhead, Lakeisha Anderson of Milwaukee and Paula Dotson of North Carolina; five sisters, Gloria (Albert) Harris of Leland, Helen Evans and Navista Evans, both of Milwaukee, Arie Evans of Moorhead and Mary Smith of Fort Worth; five brothers, J.C. (Bertha) Owens and Louell Evans, both of Moorhead, Preston (Vivian) Evans of Mayersville, Jackie (Helen) Childs of Indianola and Dave (Ruthie) Childs of Milwaukee; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
