Kathy Ann Goss, 53, of Sunflower, passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at her home.
Kathy was born on April 16, 1970, in Shaw, to Alvie and Barbara Goss. She was a generous and sacrificing person who was loved deeply by those who knew her. Despite being a meek and mild person, she was considered the backbone of her family. She loved to do things for her parents and truly loved people. Kathy will be missed dearly by those she touched during her life.
Kathy was preceded in death by two brothers, Lee Goss and Charles Goss.
She is survived by her parents, Alvie and Barbara Goss; her brother, Jimmy Ray of Cleveland; a host of nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2, at Burton Funeral Home. A memorial service followed at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Dale Fausnight officiating.
Burton Funeral of Indianola was entrusted with arrangements.
