Services for Marvin Jones of Indianola will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, Indianola.
Mr. Jones, 51, died Thursday, June 7, 2018.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Gardens.
The Rev. Gregory Strong will officiate at the services.
Mr. Jones is survived by two sons, Marvin McPherson of Texas and Montrell McPherson of Indianola; one step-daughter, Marquett McPherson of Indianola; six sisters, Juanita Drake and Teresa Jones, both of Indianola, Deloris Duvall of Cleveland, Debra Ratliff of South Carolina, Rolanda Whitley of Aberdeen and Shonta Roach of Greenwood; three brothers, Terry Jones, Tyrone Jones and Anthony Jones, all of Indianola; one grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
