Services for R.J. Brown of Indianola will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Byas Funeral Home’s Hayes Chapel. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Gardens.
The Rev. Gregory Strong will officiate at the services.
Mr. Brown, 60, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019.
Mr. Brown is survived by one son, Calvin Whitehead of Drew; four sisters, Alice Brown and Monica Brown, both of Indianola, Johnnie Bolden of Milwaukee and Janell Wilson of Hollywood, Miss.; five brothers, James Brown and Bennie Brown, both of Indianola, Willie Brown of Racine, Wis., Randolph Brown of Nashville and Williams Brown of Long Beach, Calif.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
