Services for Sam Trotter of Moorhead will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Center of Knowledge in Greenville.
Mr. Trotter, 61, died Monday, July 31, 2017.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home in Indianola, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Gardens.
Dr. Adul Haleem Muhammad will officiate at the services.
Mr. Trotter is survived by his wife, Bettie Trotter of Moorhead; two sons, Omari Trotter and Kefentse Edwards, both of Houston, Texas; one sister, Angela Weeden of Little Rock, Ark.; two brothers, Robert Trotter of Wego, La. and James Trotter of Chicago; and a host of other relatives and friends.
