Services for Sidney Taylor of Benoit will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jordan Grove Church, Grapeland, Miss. Burial will follow at Grapeland Cemetery.
Mr. Taylor, 76, died Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at Bolivar Medical Center, Cleveland.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland, which is in charge of arrangements.
The Rev. Calvin Johnson will officiate at the services.
Mr. Taylor is survived by: two daughters, Cynthia Jackson and China Thomas; three brothers, Micheal Taylor, Leonard Taylor and Jim Taylor; five sisters, Maple Johnson, Hazel Brown, Margaret Caldwell, Mildred Caston and Leslie Pittman; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
