Funeral services for Tiny Lill Morgan Oglesby, 80, of Indianola will be at 3 p.m. on Friday, October 13, at the First United Methodist Church, Indianola. Mrs. Oglesby died Sunday, October 8, at her home in Indianola. Burial will be in the Indianola City Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Indianola.
Mrs. Oglesby was born in Sunflower and graduated from Ruleville High School. She then attended and graduated from Mississippi State College for Women. Mrs. Oglesby married Joe Oglesby and they made their home in Indianola, where she was a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Oglesby was preceded in death by her parents, Noel Morgan, Sr. and Ruby Williamson Morgan and by a sister, LaFrances Hargett. She is survived by her husband, Joseph A. Oglesby Jr. of Indianola; one daughter, Mehla de Ville de Goyet (Hubert) of Brussells, Belgium; one son, Joseph Archie Oglesby III (Elizabeth Harris) of Richmond, Va.; three grandchildren, Bia, Clementine and Anabelle; two sisters, Scarlotte Pittman of Jackson and Gaye Black of Hattiesburg; and three brothers, Noel Morgan, Jr. of Greenwood, Rex Morgan of Indianola, and Duke Morgan of Shaw.
There will be a visitation one hour prior to services at the Church.
