Last month, Henry Torres, the Chief Financial Officer from Planters Bank conducted a financial literacy workshop for the B.B. King Ambassador Leadership Program. Torres explained the importance of establishing a good credit score and being financially responsible. He also discussed topics such as setting financial goals, budgeting, saving and investing and managing debt. The B.B. King Bridge Building Ambassadors Leadership Program is sponsored by Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, and Feild Cooperative Association, Inc.
