It is back to the task at hand – to earn a victory – for the Gentry High Rams baseball team.
For today at 4 p.m., the Rams will not only host Greenville High School in another Regional 2-5A contest, but they will also attempt to avenge the 15-5 road loss suffered to the Hornets this past Tuesday.
Hoping to notch their first win of the season while in the process, the Rams will be taking their 0-4, 0-1 record into today’s clash with the Hornets.
As for their additional upcoming action, there is one non-regional date in the Rams’ future.
The Rams will then return to their home field next Wednesday when the Cowboys of Humphreys County High in Belzoni come to town.
First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.
