Mr. and Mrs. Andy Daniels of Indianola announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Anna Daniels of Indianola, to Donald Alexander Sykes of Indianola. The prospective bride-groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Glenn Sykes of Indianola.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Virden of Woodstock, Georgia, and Mrs. Vern Daniels of Cleveland and the late Mr. Daniels.
The bride-groom is the grandson of Mrs. Alford Sykes of Indianola and the late Mr. Sykes, and Dr. and Mrs. Ted Owen Ware of St. Francisville, Louisiana.
Miss Daniels is a 2011 graduate of Indianola Academy and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Sciences from Mississippi State University in 2015. She went on to earn her Masters of Higher of Education Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2019. Miss Daniels currently works as a Customer Service Representative for State Farm Insurance in Indianola.
Mr. Sykes is a 2011 graduate of Indianola Academy and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 2015. Mr. Sykes currently works as an airplane mechanic at Air Repair, Inc.
The couple will exchange vows at 5 o’clock in the evening on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Indianola.
