I was stopped at the traffic light on I-55 Frontage Road and Meadowbrook, heading south. Suddenly, an unmarked car starts flashing blue lights. The lights, LEDs no doubt, circled the car in a ring, both top and bottom. Although the lights were small, the number of them and their intensity made the car stand out from a distance.
