Too often, when we hear about wrongdoing by someone in power, the first thing people say is, “Well, they’ve all been crooked.” It’s a phrase you hear in barbershops, grocery stores and even Sunday schools. At times, I feel the same frustration — like honesty in leadership is more the exception than the rule.
