SouthFresh Fams of Baird celebrated its 10th anniversary with the opening of a new expanded line that will almost triple its capacity. SouthFresh processed its first fish Tuesday in its new 19,000 sq. ft. addition that will increase its capacity from 225,000 pounds per week to about 600,000 pounds per week.
