For a little over a decade, Alex Deason has been assigned to Sunflower County as a Mississippi State Extension Agent. Just as the gardeners and farmers he helps grow their operations, Deason is growing his within the Extension Service. In early March, Deason was given the promotion as the new Regional Coordinator.
