A Thursday night shooting in Indianola left one man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim, whom The Enterprise-Tocsin has chosen to not identify, is expected to survive.
According to Indianola Police Chief Ronald Sampson, the shooting took place on Ethel Waters Drive.
The victim was taken to South Sunflower County Hospital.
The victim was interviewed by IPD investigators, but he had been uncooperative, according to Sampson.
