Anne Kayla Jue, 58, of Indianola, passed away Saturday, Nov. 24, 2018 at South Sunflower County Hospital in Indianola.
Anne was born Jan. 9, 1960 in Indianola to Fong Young Jue and Wai Ying Jue. She was kind and very hard working. Anne dedicated most of her time to working as a grocer in the family business, Young’s Market, where she worked most of her life and even through her illness. She fought tremendously hard in her battle with cancer.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two brothers, Peter Jue and his wife Frances of Southaven and Danny Jue of Southaven; two sisters, Eileen Jue of Foster City, Calif. and Ruth Jue of Indianola; and her nephews and nieces, Phillip Jue of Boston, Mass., and Joshua Jue, Daniel Jue, and Lilah Jue, all of Southaven.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 from 11a.m. until the 12 p.m. funeral service at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will follow in Indianola City Cemetery. Burton Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
