Services for James Eskridge of Sunflower will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walker Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Doddsville.
Mr. Eskridge, 68, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday at Byas Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Jacob Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Blaine, Miss.
The Rev. Rodney Richards will officiate at the services.
Mr. Eskridge is survived by one son, Manuel Baskin; five brothers, Jimmie Eskridge, Arthur Eskridge and Willie Eskridge, all of Sunflower, Charles Eskridge of Fayetteville, N.C. and Richard Eskridge of Indianola; four sisters, Maggie Leflore of Doddsville, Dorothy Rimpson of Indianola, Shirley Brown of Memphis and Michelle Eskridge of Sunflower; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
