The body of an Indianola man was discovered early Monday morning near the intersection of 3-Way Road and Rupert Baird Road in Sunflower County.
Paul Frederick Battle, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:22 a.m. from multiple gunshot wounds, according to Sunflower County Coroner Heather Burton.
