Trojans fall at Hinds CC, digging into 2025 conference play

MACCC play has begun and the Mississippi Delta Community College Trojans, 7-7 overall and 0-1 MACCC, on Monday, January 13, fell on the road to the Hinds Eagles (8-8 overall and 1-0 in MACCC) 81-73. Davion Traylor led the team with 28 points but was limited due to foul trouble and an injury.

NSA battles schedule, flu

The North Sunflower Lady Rebels basketball team has a tough time on the court with a full bench filled with young players. But add in a flu outbreak and injuries and that kind of decimation to a roster is hard to overcome. The scoreboard shows losses to Tunica Academy and Lee Academy (Arkansas) this past week.
