A rough MACCC schedule has the Mississippi Delta Community College Trojans with plenty more losses than wins this season. Sitting at 4-24 overall and 0-16 in the MACCC, the Trojans fell to Mississippi Gulf Coast last Friday, 15-5 and 11-6, and faced Holmes this past Wednesday (not covered due to press time).
The Trojans host Pearl River this Saturday in a 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. doubleheader at the Jimmy Bellipanni Baseball Complex. They travel to Meridian Community College the following Saturday, April 18, for a 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. doubleheader. They will have three more doubleheaders at Northwest on April 22, then they’ll host East Central on April 25 and finish out the season on the road at Southwest Mississippi on April 28.
