Rams start district play

It was baptism by fire this past Thursday for the Gentry High Rams baseball team.
With only three games played under their belt, the 0-3 Rams opened the Region 2-5A portion of their schedule Thursday when Yazoo City High School visited the Gentry High field.

Colonels walk it off on Kirk

They picked up a huge win at the most opportune time.
For this past Monday night on their home field, the Indianola Academy Colonels baseball team recorded their initial District 1-4A victory of the season with an exciting 8-7 decision over Kirk Academy of Grenada.
