The Republican primary runoff for the Second Congressional District will finally take place tomorrow.
The Tuesday, June 23 runoff will feature Brian Flowers and Thomas Carey.
Sunflower County’s own B.C. Hammond was eliminated from the race during the March primary, forcing a runoff between the above two.
