During Monday’s meeting of the Indianola board of aldermen, a project concerning State Avenue and contractor Charles Ward became the subject of discussion.
Ward 4 Alderman Marvin Elder shed light on the project, involving Ward laying asphalt on State Avenue in March of last year.
