An update from the Mississippi Municipal League (MML) regarding changes to the employer contribution to the Public Employees Retirement System was discussed during Indianola’s Monday city board meeting.
Employer contributions are due to increase on July 1; the rate will change to 17.9%, Mayor Ken Featherstone said.
